Fixed Price Residential Conveyancing – $1,500 inclusive of GST and out of pocket expenses for both sale and purchase transactions, including lodgement of a Purchaser’s Caveat for a purchaser transactions, generally payable on settlement

Where a property is affected by more than two Owner’s Corporations and an Owner’s Corporation Certificate is required to be obtained – the out of pocket fee over and above the initial out of pocket fee will also be payable

Fixed Price off-the-plan Residential Conveyancing – $1,750 inclusive of out of pocket expenses and GST

Spouse/Partner Transfer of Land – $575 inclusive of Titles Office Lodging fees and stamping (not including any Bank production fees)

Mortgage Document advice and Solicitor’s Certificate – $575 including GST
