Our fixed price fee for conveyancing is $1,650 inclusive of GST and disbursements and, in order to best protect you and your equitable interest in the purchased property, includes lodgement of a Purchaser’s Caveat and the associated Titles Office lodging fees. In certain circumstances our fee may increase to cover additional disbursements, such as where there are more than two Owners Corporations affecting a Property.
